    With myself being the only one in our home that needs to eat gluten free. Making family favorites has always been hard. Now that I found this all purpose flour there is no more mine and the families. We all eat can eat the same stuff now. Love it!!!

    I ordered this flour with recommendations from my family. My son has peanut allergies, so I liked the allergy friendly guarantee. I made my banana muffins I always make that everyone loves. And I loved them even more, as well as everyone else when they tried them! I love this flour!

    My youngest daughter suggested I try this flour when I was preparing cupcakes for my oldest daughters wedding, (her work Theos Chocolates in Seattle uses it in some of their items), I wanted to give GF guests a choice for dessert. I made carrot cake cupcakes and they turned out great, you would have never known- the texture was light and fluffy. I have sense made them again for my work and did not tell them they were Gluten Safe until after they were all gone! I would recommend this to anyone, fantastic!

    Have used it once and really impressed with the keto Bread I made with it. I had tweaked the recipe I was using and got better leavening. So far so good.

    Thank you for this wonderful, great tasting flour! I can bake again! I had about given up baking, because of the gluten-free flours I had used were terrible-tasting and the products were awful.     Friends introduced me to this product. I have found it to be an excellent option. I have used it in cookies, sweet breads, cakes, gravy/sauce thickener, even cream puffs. No one was able to tell the difference - even me and I knew what I'd done! I don't care for my biscuits but I don't know if that's a cook-problem or an ingredient problem. No matter - I'm very pleased with this!!

    It's only flour I use for gluten free products I sell. No problems with it. Wish the store I used to purchase it hadn't stopped selling it. I now have to order and have shipped to my business.

    This flour is THE most like gluten-filled counterpart of all gluten-free flours I have tried. I especially love that it doesn't have corn in it because we have corn sensitivities in our family as well.
    Of all the GF flours I have tried, this is the only one I have been able to use in place of all-purpose flour and achieve the same results. My recipes taste as good as they used to!
    The only thing that would make it better is if it was organic. :)
