    Friends introduced me to this product. I have found it to be an excellent option. I have used it in cookies, sweet breads, cakes, gravy/sauce thickener, even cream puffs. No one was able to tell the difference - even me and I knew what I'd done! I don't care for my biscuits but I don't know if that's a cook-problem or an ingredient problem. No matter - I'm very pleased with this!!

    It's only flour I use for gluten free products I sell. No problems with it. Wish the store I used to purchase it hadn't stopped selling it. I now have to order and have shipped to my business.

    This flour is THE most like gluten-filled counterpart of all gluten-free flours I have tried. I especially love that it doesn't have corn in it because we have corn sensitivities in our family as well.
    Of all the GF flours I have tried, this is the only one I have been able to use in place of all-purpose flour and achieve the same results. My recipes taste as good as they used to!
    The only thing that would make it better is if it was organic. :)

    My wife has multiple allergies (including wheat and rice) and she is a baker! This product is great. She had given up on baking and Nu Life all purpose flour has been the perfect replacement.

    We have been using this product in our gluten free bakery for several months now and nothing works better! The baked goods always turn out great, no gritty taste like you get from some of the other flours. Very good price too!!

    This gluten free flour blend is by far the best I have worked with. When I discovered that I had to be gluten free I was devastated by the news because I LOVE me some baked goods. Nu Life all purpose flour blend allows me to still bake all my favorite treats (which my family loves). It really is a perfect blend that you can substitute cup for cup on any recipe!

    I love this flour for my GF cookies at my cafe. I also use applesauce instead of eggs and that makes these cookies so moist and fluffy! Love it and my customers do not even notice that we use this GF flour in all my cookies.

    This flour works great with any recipe with regular flour...just substitute 1:1
    We're highly impressed with how easy it has been to keep making our same recipes before we had to go gluten free. I do wish we could get it local to save on shipping!

    Made a loaf of bread over the holiday, just used my regular recipe and this for the flour. Had to add some extra to get the dough to behave, didn't rise very much but made a decent loaf of gluten free bread. Never done it b-4 and assume that is normal. The flavor was fine and it was heavy but it worked. I'll try blending it with some other flours and adding some gluten as it doesn't need to be gluten free for us.

    My 2 daughters that are Celiac, LOVED the cookies I made with this flour!!! I did have a hard time finding Palm Oil. I ended up using Nutiva Red Palm Oil (organic Superfood). It made the cookies really yellow. I thought the color made them unappetizing, but the girls loved them. The next time I found at Whole Foods, Nutiva Shortening (a creamy blend of Red Palm & Coconut oils), this was much better & easier to use. Very Very Good
